3 rounds of interviews. Phone interview, Hiring manager, three person panel. Consisted of a series of "tell me a time when" questions provided by HR to HR to hiring manager. Not much feedback in the interview, they did a lot of listening and taking notes

Interview
The interview was perfunctory at best. Unless you were an original staff member from the BP or Savior days, your chances of moving up within the management team were nil. Or if you were a former IBM employee then you had a chance. Even if you were let go from IBM for job performance, Avnet would hire them over more qualified internal candidates. Even candidates that have successfully grown their accounts year over year, and won the top awards within Avnet year over year as well.
