Initially there was a video call for 1 hour and then the personal interview. I have explained my salary expectations in the first round itself. They invited me for the second interview even after knowing the salary expectations and later offered me a salary which is even half than my expectations. When the salary is already not as per their budget then why did they invite me for the second round. I have scheduled all my appointments due to this. If they are not able to provide the salary which I have asked in the first round, then there is no need to invite for the second round. I really found it very unprofessional.
