Avon Protection plc Training and Technical Service Manager interview questions

Initial interview, discussed the role and had to provide evidence/ examples of my experience relevant to the job. Was then invited back for a second interview to give a presentation on a subject of my choice to demonstrate how I deliver training and then answered some additional experience related questions.
