The company reached out to me, but refused to disclose a salary range during the initial interview, saying that would be disclosed only during a follow-up interview. The HR rep doing that initial phone screen couldn't answer half my questions since Axcient had outsourced the hiring process to their investors, so I learned nothing that wasn't on the job advertisement online. After telling me Axcient was trying to fill the job immediately and would get back to me the next day, it took 5 days for them to respond.
