Interview
It was a smooth process. I had a phone interview in the beginning, which I couldn't crack unfortunately. But, they did notify about not selecting me unlike many other companies who don't care. Be prepared for questions on soft skills. They will judge you on your communications skills.
The interview process and people were great. There really isn't a reception area yet so both times I went in I wound up in what I think was the sales bullpen. Waiting to hear back after the final interview was long and communication was pretty much done only after I reached out to check on the progress of things, so finding out if I got the position or not was kind of left in the air for a while. A lot of question repetition from interview to interview.
