Interview
Very professional and energetic interviewers, clearly passionate about their jobs. I found everyone I dealt with to be polite, upfront and very easy going. Their office was located in the center of the city Boston) near multiple transit offerings. I had read all the online reviews, thoroughly researched the company and reviewed every thing I could find on their website. Be prepared, and you will have no issues.

Questions were more geared around your fit for the Axiom mantra and your ability to fit into a team (i.e. why Axiom, give an example of a great team experience, what type of law is your strength, etc.)
Overall straightforward interview, nothing too challenging. You meet with at least three or four people. You can move on to the client facing interview if you make the cut. The first interview is really just a screening interview for good people fit.

Interview
I participated in 1 phone screening interview, and 1 in-person interview split into two parts (Lawyer Experience and Engagement Selection). The phone screening was informative, much more than the usual perfunctory check. The interviewer was very friendly, engaging and relatable.
The in-person interviewers were equally wonderful. Both interviewers were well versed in their respective areas, and the company's unique philosophy of legal service delivery
