I applied online. I interviewed at Axiom Law (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Phone screen followed by request for in-person interview at their office in downtown Boston with some of their management/operations people (a couple of which dialed in and engaged by speakerphone only), followed by background check... once approved, I was added to Axiom's waitlist for pre-engagement. 3 months later I was contacted for my first client engagement. I had a <30min phone call with the client prior to the engagement to confirm fit.
A comparatively quick and easy process. I responded to a job posting and despite not having an exact match, their talent team kept me in their stable and kept hustling hard. I appreciated their work!

Interview
It was quite relaxed and there was no pressure to check certain boxes or say certain things, the interviewer really just wanted to get to know me holistically. 2 stages, both had the same vibe.
