      Had three interviews. Initial phone interview introducing the company and its model. Second interview was a phone interview asking about my skills for the job. The third interview was a zoom interview (during Covid-19) with three people.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Axiom Law in Jan 2019

      Interview

      I applied online and also had a colleague who is currently an employee forward my resume. Then I saw that one of the talent managers looked at my linked in profile but did not reach out right away. Then a different person reached out via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went very well and we discussed next steps and when they would make an offer. I didn’t hear back in the indicated amount of time so I reached out. They politely declined to go further with my interview process.
