Interview
Referred to in-house recruiter by current Axiom Employee. Exchanged several emails with an in-house recruiter prior to a lengthy telephone interview. Two weeks later was invited to interview with several people on the team. I arrived in their offices and was given a schedule of four people I was to meet in back-to-back sessions. Everyone with whom I met were very pleasant people. We had excellent conversations. I felt they were wanting to get to know my personality as much as my skills and experience. I was asked straightforward interview questions, but felt a bit awkward as each person was alloted a set period of time, so in many cases, conversations were abruptly stopped and a new face was shown in. I was invited back two weeks later to meet with 4 more people. Same experience.
