Axiom conducts an excessive number of interviews. In my case it was 13 interviews over 2 months. The interviewers had not coordinated the interview process in any way so I ended up answering over and over again questions like "tell me about yourself", "why would you like to work for Axiom" etc. Apparently Google conducted research that any more than 4 interviews will give diminishing returns and that is how I started to feel after repeatedly answering the same questions.
At the end after having sent my thank you notes to interviewers I heard back nothing - not even an email rejecting my application. I find it incredibly rude and inconsiderate, given that I had taken several days off work to attend 13 interviews. Overall Axiom came across as a company with cold corporate culture where they do not much care about their employees.
