I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Axiom Law (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
Had an initial phone interview that was casual and lasted about 15 minutes. The following week a zoom interview was scheduled. The week after that a second zoom interview was scheduled. The following week a third zoom interview was scheduled. The week after that a fourth zoom interview was scheduled. The week after the fourth zoom interview, I received a
generic rejection email from the recruiter I had originally spoken with five weeks earlier.
For the third zoom interview, I was told it would be the final interview. The following week I received an email inviting me again to the “final interview.” After about 3 weeks of scheduling interviews a week apart, it started to feel like a red flag. I feel like I was a good and solid candidate, but they were stringing me along to see what else is out there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Axiom Law
Interview
In-house recruiter from the UK contacted proactively via LI and asked for time to speak. After giving him options for date & time, never heard back from him again. To reiterate, I did not even apply - he contacted me saying my profile looks very close to their requirement. Shoddy work!
