      I interviewed at Axiom Law

      Interview

The interview process was disorganized, including last minute interview cancellations (1 minute prior to the interview time). The talent managers/recruiters are quite young and recruiting for senior level professional positions. The interviewer sounded as if they were reading from a script and used their best 'interview' voice. I would have hoped that an organization recruiting legal professionals, self touted as 'high-caliber' talent, would hire talent recruiters capable of having dynamic conversations with candidates during the interview process. They would learn far more about their candidates. Questions I had asked the recruiter were met with evasive answers and didn’t convey a sense of credibility. The entire candidacy process was rudimentary and I'm certain if the Director of Talent Acquisition was aware of the candidate experience I had, it would be used as a department case example of what to avoid.
