Received an invitation from recruiter to set phone screen. Confirmed date and time for phone screen but received no call at the appointed time. Emailed recruiter to advise that I was withdrawing from consideration for the position based on the lack of a call or explanation why no call was received. Later that day I received an email from recruiter advising they were in another meeting and meant to call to let me know. No apology or explanation as to why I couldn't even get the courtesy of an email or text advising that meeting was running long. No organization, no respect for others' time,
