Interview
It was short. I met with a few people at Axiom on the talent team in person. I spoke briefly with one or two people at a client company before becoming embedded with a legal team.
An important thing to know is that Axiom takes a large cut of what the client pays. They also require the client to pay a large fee in order to hire you directly, instead of through Axiom. So, it's very difficult to make that transition through them. If that's your goal, I'd look elsewhere.
