I first had an initial call with the recruiter who explained the position to me more and asked me general interview questions. Next, I visited the office and interviewed with the GM and a member of the Practice Management team. After that I have 4 hour long phone interviews with my future boss, my future boss' boss, a member of the Attorney Recruiting team and another member of the Practice Management team. Last, I visited the office again to have lunch with the rest of the office and then had a final interview with the GM. The recruiter touched base with me throughout the whole interview process to provide feedback from others to me and also get my feedback as well. All around I thought the interview process was challenging but in a good way. I felt very comfortable knowing exactly the role I would be taking on and what was expected of me. By speaking to so many different people, I got a really great understanding of the company and team I was about to join.
