First recruiter screen and then it is a 2 stage interview with Line Managers-competency and technical. First round is a competency based interview with 2 members of company and 2nd is a technical review piece that is reviewed by 2 members also. After

Prescreen followed by 20 minute Zoom. Prescreen was great with Alexandra, excellent convo, around 20 minutes. Zoom was much more rough. Interviewer was nice but seemed spread extremely thin. Late for the interview and ended early.

Describe your background, why do you want to pivot from law to recruiting.
the process at axiom was definitely long, and well over the normal amount of interviews for entry level roles. I did not feel the process was difficult but just long compared to other positions I applied for with different companies. Axiom is definitely thorough.
