Axiom will first interview you to see if you are a good fit. Once they decide to bring you on board, there will be interviews with clients of 30-45 minutes. The client interviews are standard with presentation of résumé highlights applicable to role, answering questions, and asking questions.

Recruiters were very pleasant and resourceful, first interview was a phone call, second interview was a Zoom meeting. However, at the end of the second interview, which went very well, I was told "we will talk with our compensation team and get back to you with an offer." I followed up with a "thank you" note and a few questions about the position, never received a response. I followed up 2 more times over the following two weeks, never received a response. Finally, I asked if I was still under consideration for the position. I received an impersonal form email from a "no reply" address telling me, despite what they had said earlier, that they could not move forward with my application at this time, with no explanation. I felt I was eminently qualified for the position and they had seemed to agree.
