Axis Communications Recruiter interview questions

I was very disappointed with the fact that I did not hear back from the hiring manager or the recruiter. I had no idea where I was in the process or if I was even being considered at all. I applied the day after it was posted through their website and I got confirmation that my application went through…not sure what happened. Thankful that I dodged a bullet I would not want to work at a company that treats candidates this way. I marked the interview “very difficult” because it was difficult to even reach them. You would think a company that has open positions, let alone an open recruiter position would actually respond when candidates apply. My advice: be patient in the process and reach out to the recruiter to ensure you get follow up.
