Question 1
I was asked about my current role and responsibilities.
I applied online. I interviewed at Axle Informatics (Hamilton, MT)
Interview
I made it through the screening process, which consisted of an initial phone call with a recruiter, and then a screening phone call with the recruiter. I also had an interview with the head of the department. I had been clear with the recruiter in both prior interactions that I did not want to move to Hamilton full-time, but that I lived nearby, and could definitely come in a certain number of days per month. However, despite having been clear on this during my interview with the department head, the only question that I was asked, was if I was willing to move to Hamilton, MT. I found this incredibly frustrating. I had spent hours preparing for this interview, because I really wanted the job. It felt like my time was disrespected.

Interview
Very nice people but I was not given correct information about the requirements for the job, IT was quite frustrating when I interviewed for the position, and the employer was very rude and unfriendly.

They had me re-write my resume in a format for a research position. This was completely unhelpful and a huge waste of time
