Very well organized and courteous. Axon was quick to respond after each stage of the interview process and communication was super responsive and supportive. It took about a month to progress through the various rounds.
STAR based interview process. Three to four rounds, some with multiple interviews with multiple people, back to back. Last interview is with a VP. Then into offer and negotiation phase.
