scheduled the phone interview through email, call about 30 mins, skills review, they only want to hear anything relevant to their job posting, if not relevant, not interested about it. ask for salary expectation, super low pay, that is all they can give, not acceptable. though it is startup, but worst startup culture I have interviewed with, not ethical, not professional, not value your experience. not value who you are
