The interview process took less than a week. The HR person I interviewed over the phone was very disorganized. He didn't know which position I applied for and wasn't at all interested in what I had to say. The call started by him saying "we're very close to hiring someone for this role, but why don't you tell me why you want this job". He spent the entire call talking at me and telling me how great Axonify is and how lucky he is to work there without any real information about the actual work culture or the position itself. The whole interview felt like a waste of time since this individual made it very clear from the beginning that I didn't have a chance but I was expected to beg to move on in the interview process anyways.
