Interview
The recruiter could barely get through a sentence describing the role/company without saying “you know” between every few words. It was off-putting, especially since the person screening you for communication skills doesn’t possess them, themselves.

Question 1
Why Axonify? (This was asked more than once I assume because the first time it was answered, the recruiter was not listening). Why HR? They didn’t ask anything specifically related to my resume, and kept the questions very generic. Almost like they had googled top ten questions to ask in an interview - and just went with it... Also, maybe people are applying because they need a job?!?!? Wild thought isn’t it?
I met with two managers within the department over Zoom. These questions were very situational-based. I found that I had to have a lot of enthusiasm to show I wanted the position.
