I applied online after using their product for over a year. About a month later I got an email from the recruiter wanting to schedule a time. We settled on a time. It was going to be an hour long Skype interview with two engineers. A couple of days before we had to moved interview to later in the afternoon. Unfortunately I got wrapped up in a project at work and was unable to keep the interview. When I spoke on the phone with the engineer I was to interview with he was curt and literally hung up on me after I apologized and told him I would contact the recruiter to reschedule. I emailed the recruiter literally afterwards to find out she was on vacation. A week later I got an email saying they were passing. It was totally my fault for failing to make time for the interview but Phoenix isn't really a high tech nexus, I would think they would want to talk to all interested engineers. Apparently not!
