My recruiter was extremely helpful and gave me such great advice and guidance throughout the whole process, and even now after landing my position she still checks in on me to see how things are going. So yes, Aya may demand a lot out of their interview process, but it is very apparent that their method works. I have never worked with so many wonderful and reliable people!
