Initial communication was very fluid, concise and timely. The structure of the process was explained adequately at the beginning of the first interview. The process was fairly good but a little daunting in that you have the opportunity to meet fellow applicants and while it is a good opportunity to share experiences with fellow job seekers it does faze other candidates.
