There are 4 level of Hiring Process Generally:
1) Telephonic / Walk-in
2) Skype / Aptitude
3) Basics
4) Technical
5) Managements (Just to check your overall interest, communication skill and basic knowledge)
6) HR Discussion (the most underestimated but the most important one)

Started from very basic questions and went to high level.
People take interview with Positive attitude and look for problem solving approach of people if not the accurate answers.
