The process started well. There are 3 rounds. First round is technical discussion based on resume and tech that you have worked on. 2nd interview is more like about company. 3rd is HR round. Once I cleared 2nd round. They put me on hold for like a month and the HR kept saying they will get back. It's fine if you don't select me but atleast get a decency to inform the candidates of their feedbacks and status instead of just ghosting them out after promising to get back on the same. I am so glad I didn't join but the interview experience was horrific

Simply one word.Pathetic. Pathetic hiring/interview process. First they will keep postponing interview. Then the interviewer are either late or not available. Also the interviewer is not clear what he needs and seems dis interested or in hurry. Simply waste of time and nothing. don't waste your time in giving 3-4 rounds and getting no without any reason. Please avoid.
