I applied online and got a text message from HR. The HR conducted the interview thru Microsoft Teams. She asked about my previous work and what will be my contribution to the company. Then scheduled another interview and were interviewed by the managers. I find the interview unprofessional on how they handle it, if they’re not satisfied with your answer there were comments and jokes that were unnecessary and inappropriate. It is incentive based not commission.
