The entire process has taken over half a year. The interview was normal where they go through your CV, some technical questions and finally some competency questions. HR provide information to inform you of the interviewing process which is quite helpful. Following the interview, I was told I would hear back within the week and will be given feedback. None of this happened, lucky to get a reply via email and calling recruitment is ridiculous since the number imposes a service charge. I really enjoy what the company does and their projects are something I would really like to get involved with but alas, good luck going through the recruitment stage because this is hands down the worse company I have ever come across in that regard.
