Great interview process. They really made you feel important and tried to make sure that this was position was the right fit for me. I really enjoyed the process because it was different due to the fact that both my interviews were over the phone instead of in person. It made me feel more at ease when interviewing and allowed me to have more confidence in my answers.
Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
