Initial 30-minute phone interview with manager then 1 hour Zoom interview with current employees and the manager. When I received the offer my bad experience began, as I was pressured by the hiring manager and recruiter to accept. Each day I would receive a call and text to accept the offer to the extent it was seen as harassment.

I applied online, and received a call within a week of applying. I had a phone screen with a recruiter. However, he asked what I make and what I expect and the whole processed was stopped. He said I make too much and I would have to take at least a $25K hit on my salary. Please post your salary range if you are going to be so strict on filtering folks based on salary rather than experience and merit.
