I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (York, PA)
Interview
The process was pretty normal. I applied online for the job on the BAE website, and they called me about a week later to schedule an interview. Everything up to and including the interview, was all pretty standard.
I am commenting on the follow-up to the interview. Since I heard back about my interview, I waited a couple weeks and followed up with the hiring manager that I interviewed with. He responded a few days later and said that they were still interviewing and would get back to me. I waited a couple more weeks, and no response, at all. Obviously, I did not get the job.
I was really disappointed. It was a job I was really interested in and had a lot of experience. Since I was currently working another job, I had to take a 1/2 day vacation to even go to the interview. I invested a lot of time preparing and going to the interview and they don't have the courtesy to even let me know that I didn't get the job, very unprofessional.
