Only downside was that I could not really tell what I would be doing as an intern because they told me it depended on which team I was assigned to.

Interview
The interview was quick with two senior engineers and a recruiter. Each asked a couple of behavioral questions and then allowed me to ask any questions I had. Everyone was super helpful and gave lots of great information and advice.
Two BASF employees interviewed... an engineer and a human resources personnel. Engineer asked more technical related questions and human resources asked work culture and personal questions, lasted about 45 minutes
