I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BASF in Oct 2014
Interview
After submitting my resume, I had the one-way video interview, which was a little awkward. But, everyone gets the same questions and time to answer the questions. Next was the on-site, all day interview with 5 people at different times during the day. Finally, was the last round which was a panel of the hirer ups. The process was fast and I knew within 30 days.
