Was contacted by recruiter after applying for position. Then invited to complete online interview. Panel interview followed. The process has been positive thus far. Company has been very good communicating next steps and all employees have been very friendly. I'm documenting that i haven't received an offer, but that's only because I'm still waiting on a decision.
Panel interview with three or more persons with assigned questions to each interviewer. They check on behaviors and how would you react in certain circumstances. It lasts about an hour.
Not hard but not easy. Very long process with several rounds: phone screen, cameo interview where you had to record yourself answering 4-5 questions, panel interview. Followed up several times and never received an update
