Interview
The process was straight forward, Hiring was as expected, clear communication and coordination. There was little in the way of miss-communication, miss-understanding. Interface with ancillary groups as well as support functions was helpful in over view and organizational hierarchy.

First contact thru headhunting --> very good and professional experience
line manager contact went well, good rapport
following step was assessment & HR contacts. --> nice learning & challenging process. (took all day)
Final interview with VP showed a certain fear for 'career oriented' MBA profiles --> no match.
The fact that the assessment centre was already planned in before VP go, was kind of weird, especially if in the end the 'click' with VP does not work out.
