I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BASF (Berlin)
Interview
This company is not for experienced and well qualified professionals. BASF in Europe is for termination and very low salaries so if you are experienced then do not expect that you will be well recognized/appreciated and promoted. The Interview process is very long. Firs interview was almost after 1 week of the interview email for 1 Hour. Second interview include interview, work Shadowing, and then closing interview. My Interview experience is very bad with them. I got rejection email after 2 weeks of the second interview. And the rejection email does not state any reason. I further send them email and then that was the first call HR made at my number saying that i did not show good level of motivation. I mean how the motivation level is measured at BASF. I mean BASF takes 3 hours of your interview, took 2 months decide and then send rejection email without explaining that why you were rejected.
