I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BASF (Ludwigshafen am Rhein) in Mar 2011
Interview
Phone interview, face-to-face interview with three different managers who independently asked similar questions and also shared job content, culture and the rationale for recruiting. It was a very open atmosphere and they did not play games. Very clear that they were looking for someone to fit the BASF culture rather than only someone for that single job.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BASF (Almaty) in May 2017
Interview
Agency intervew first, then with hr, then head of hr, after head of sales, head of asian sales, head of construction product group. So i visited them at least 8 times. After they answered that they like me very much and asked me to wait at least for the end of the summer, be couse it is a high season and everybody is busy. So i did. However when i contacted then at 3 of september they answered me that they allready hired "someone better".
