I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BAT in Jul 2017
Interview
I did the 3 online test then got an email stating that they would get back to me once they checked through my CV, three weeks after that I got a call to go in for a face to face interview and after that I was called back after another 3 weeks to the assessment centre where we were put through a group assessment as well as an individual assessment to see if we had the potential business acumen as well as the sales experience to achieve maximum growth in the market. Now I'm waiting for them to call me and advice if I made it through.
Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.
Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.
