i applied online and afterwords i was scheduled for a 30 min phone interview. two weeks after that, i had an interview with local HR. they asked me the same questions as they did on the phone. it seemed to me that the local HR and global HR were not inline. after that there was supposed to be an assesment but i did not get to that step. I prepared for the interview using glassdor, all the questions listed here war also interview questions.
