After the application I had to take logical and personality test. I would highly recommend to practice logical tests online just to get a taste of it.
Then I had a phone interview.

It was the usual questions: tell more about your past experience and how they would be relevant for this position; what are your strengths and weaknesses ect.
pretty open process where everyone gets equal chances and similar questions. whats your motivation for working in BAT, etc.
Also i was invited to a phone interview and face to face interview where I was challenged through industry related questions.
