Interview
Hiring process was around 2 months from application to confirmation. BAT starts by conducting a phone interview, subsequently, you will be required to conduct 1-2 interviews alongside 2-3 online assessments as well as an individual and group activity that will be conducted via assessment center.
There was a 4 step recruitment. First, phone interview with HR, then a face to face interview with HR and legal, and lastly asessment with a group. It was a pretty flexible process, not very difficult. Pretty tight notice was given between steps.

First was interview with the hr than phone call interview than interview with manager and then assessment center, after that interview with Hof. Assesors were great, kind and the atmosphere was great
