Firstly was a phone interview, followed by video interview after passing both interviews you are required to go for an assessment in the company a group assessment. If passed then you'll be called for a face to face interview

Where do you see yourself in 5 years down the road?
There was a 4 step recruitment. First, phone interview with HR, then a face to face interview with HR and legal, and lastly asessment with a group. It was a pretty flexible process, not very difficult. Pretty tight notice was given between steps.
I applied online. Get the HR screening invitation less than a week.

Basically, it is mostly about the behavior question and CV.
Btw HR is very professional and friendly!
