I completed 5 stages, the first being the cultural questionaire , the second being the maths test and english language test, after these 3 online tests , i was asked to record answers to interview questions with software called SONRU.

Interview
Friendly and professional, but extremely long. Takes approximately 3 months and consists of 5 rounds. Lots of behavioral questions to test personality and leadership styles. I had two face to face interviews with HR. I haven’t been contacted back for assessment round and final interview yet.

Interview
It was a video interview run by Sonru that the company wanted me to record myself. They mainly asked your motivation about the position you applied for and why you want to be part of BAT. I reached the third stage of the application.
The whole interview is based on "what kind of leader are you" questions. It is better to come up with "success" and "leadership" stories beforehand since they will ask a lot of examples from previous work or real life.
