Horrible experience, i was late by 15 min due to train broke down. I called in and informed. When i reached they made me sit for 15 min. Not sure if receptionist informed the hiring manager right away but after 15 min of waiting i was rudely informed by receptionist that i have to go as hiring manager doesn't have time to see me now and interview has been cancelled. I have never experience such rudeness in my 15 years of career and you dont certainly behave like this with experience candidates. If you live in London you gets delays in traffic or trains. I planned my journey and was planning to reach their 20 min early but sometime you have a bad journey days. Hiring managers should consider that just because someone applied for the job doesn't mean their time is not as valuable and their is cost attached for candidates as well.(travel cost , time off work).
