Interview
Fue un proceso de un mes en total, envian un correo con una prueba correspondiente al cargo aplicado, pueden ser de: matemáticas, lógica, razonamiento. Luego de esto avanzas a otra entrevista mediante una plataforma virtual donde realizan 5 preguntas y una de ellas en Inglés que van de que sabes de la empresa, de tus empleos anteriores, de un momento donde te pusiste a prueba entre otras. Al finalizar te contactaran para la entrevista con el gerente encargado de tu área, luego se pasa a los exámenes médicos y finalmente a la propuesta formal de trabajo.
Fair but rigorous. You go through different interviews with a different panel. Then you have to do a driving test for a manual car. The HR team is very supportive.
Phone interview with a HR rep that progressed to in-person interview with a state sales manager and area sales manager, in-person involved a role play and generic questioning: "tell us about a time when...." etc etc. Was told I would be contacted regardless of outcome and to not follow up myself, never heard anything.
