The duration for the interview is too long, with a lot of steps. The recruiters don't care about your previous professional experience, your skills and your abilities. The management for this company is very weak.

Interview
I applied on the company’s website and had to solve a reasoning test and a test to see if I match the company’s culture. A few days later I got contacted for a phone interview, then I went to the company to take two language tests: English and Spanish ( the position I applied to required Spanish) and then I had the final face to face interview with the teamleader and the manager.
