Interview
Seems fair but in reality, it's not. The assessment question gets leaked to the participants who are their friends /relatives. Even after answering or performing better than others, they will forcefully reject you. Their 'Top Employer' is only for showcasing. Don't expect much even after an excellent interview/ assessment. Racism and nepotism are too much there. Either you will find their selected candidates as their relatives/ friends or university junior. For crosschecking you may check with their employee (Officers Only) lists.

I was initially interviewed for the Global Graduate Program in Operations Department. Due to the whole covid situation, the entire process took more than 6 months. After the final interview, they asked me if I would consider the role of Team Leader in the Operations Department. After my confirmation, they arranged another interview with the head of manufacturing and eventually ended up offering me that role.
