If you pass it you get invited for an Interview (Finance and HR manager). it is a technical and behavioural Interview they focused very much on leadership and team player skills, kept asking questions related to it. They were very friendly, they did not put you under pressure they made sure that you have the chance to show them all what you got, specially when the question is related to Leadership.
TIP: If you did any extracurricular activities you have to mention them and show the leadership role you played!
PS. I got rejected because I did not do any activities in University that they can base their leadership judgement based on it.
